We would like to draw your attention to a very important change that will affect the management and evaluation of driver rest times from September. Road inspectors are increasingly evaluating driver activity according to the European Union’s 7th guideline, which also results in a change in our system.

According to the 7th guideline, if the driver does not comply with the mandatory minimum 9-hour rest period per day, then the rest period is evaluated by breaking it down into 24/30 hours. This guideline also means that even a minute’s delay can result in a significant fine of hundreds of thousands of forints.

For this reason, our system will also introduce the evaluation according to the 7th guideline from September, to effectively assist you in complying with the regulations and avoiding significant fines. Our system will alert you if the driver’s rest time does not reach 9 hours and will also indicate the possible amount of the fine.

We recommend that you inform your drivers about the importance of the 9-hour minimum rest period and the strict penalties associated with it so that they can prepare for the change as well as possible.

We hope that this change will contribute to the further improvement of the usability and efficiency of our system, and help you meet regulatory requirements. If you have further questions or concerns, we are at your disposal.

Thank you for choosing us!

Best regards,’
