• Where applicable, the detection of serious infringements leading to the loss of the good reputation of the road haulier.
• Fulfilling the legal obligations of the company. Warning the driver in case of detected infringements.
• Transferring the fine to the driver by fulfilling the legal obligations of the undertaking.
